We are always keen to find new adults to help us, both male and female and no military experience is necessary, only the wish to help in the development of young people. Adult Instructors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and jobs - former Cadets,
ex-military, parents of Cadets and those who are simply interested in helping young people to grow physically, mentally and emotionally through exciting challenges in a safe environment. Uniform and full training is given. Travel expenses are reimbursed and instructors can be paid for full days training.

The highlight of each year is Annual Camp which lasts two weeks and can be anywhere in the country but there are also some weekend commitments locally.
