They then undergo a series of modular training and residential training courses, which they must pass. They receive annual refresher training in such areas as child protection, data protection and other matters relating to the protection of children in our care.
What do we do to ensure safety?
The Cadets has a zero tolerance towards anything that might cause potential harm, hazard or risk to your child. This means that the safety and well-being of young people when in our care comes above everything else. This zero tolerance policy also extends to drugs and alcohol. Your child will be fully insured by the Ministry of Defence who could receive and process claims where appropriate.
